We engaged with Nonprofit Navigators shortly after obtaining our 501c3 status in 2022. They completed a thorough analysis of our organization, which has informed their grant writing work on our behalf. Megan and Nora have done an excellent job of identifying foundations who align with our work, and then effectively telling our story in grant proposals. Thanks to their excellent work, 2025 is off to our best fundraising year yet. I'm very grateful for the partnership.
Greg Mortimer, Board Chair, Colorado Immigrant Justice Fund
“The community support that Spring Valley School has received since partnering with Nonprofit Navigators is simply game-changing. The team is thorough and prompt in answering our questions, submitting stand-out grant proposals, and collaborating with us to seek out endless opportunities that further our mission of making futures bright for students with learning differences. We cannot say it enough - Thank you, Nonprofit Navigators, for always going the extra mile to change lives every day!”
Kristen Jackson, Director of Communications and Events, Spring Valley School
“Nonprofit Navigators has been a wonderful partnership. In 2022 we received a $75,000 grant. This is the largest grant that we've ever received. Receiving these funds enabled us to hire two new employees and positioned us to meet the growing demands for our services. Nonprofit Navigators staff is professional, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The grant services are well planned, loaded with grant options and always submitted on time.”
Lorenzo Brown, Executive Director, The Is-Able Center
“Severe Weather Shelter Network is so grateful for the coaching, support and tireless work of your team to identify and submit grants on our behalf. Eloise's team has done a great job of keeping us apprised of the progress and sending us opportunities to consider.
As a small nonprofit organization this is especially helpful to have grant research, submission and management taken off our direct plate. It is allowing us to spend more time focused on our mission and connecting donors and volunteers to the work we do.
Thank you for all you do to support us and other organizations like ours!”
Lynn Ann Huizingh, Executive Director of Development, Severe Weather Shelter Network
"In the last year, Nonprofit Navigators helped Movement 5280 to secure two brand new funders for our new mental health program. We love working with Nonprofit Navigators and so appreciate that our work together allows homeless young people to now access important mental health services "right now" in downtown Englewood."
Tami Slipher, Director of Development & Community Relations, Movement 5280
"Nonprofit Navigators is hands-down the best investment we've made in our organization in recent years; they took time to understand us organizationally, had the flexibility and commitment to engage with our organization in a tight window, then delivered a quality product for us to engage partners with."
—Kelleigh Gamble, Chief Executive Officer, Neighborhood Housing Services of Birmingham, Inc.
“We have been working with Lara and Nonprofit Navigators since 2012. We started out with a robust grant year and have increased our grant receipts by over 35% since then. Lara is great to work with. She is detail-minded, resourceful, and super flexible. We would heartily recommend her!”
—Sandy Taylor, Executive Director, A Child’s Song
“Nonprofit Navigators were life-savers for our organization. They stepped in during a key leadership transition and bought us time!
