Expanding Access to Therapeutic Opportunities

Hearts and Horses provides therapeutic riding opportunities for veterans, at-risk youth, adults and children with disabilities, and individuals with memory loss. With help from Nonprofit Navigators, Hearts and Horses was able to secure funding for three new loafing sheds, which provide shelter for the therapeutic horses and their hay. With this critical expansion, Hearts and Horses now has the infrastructure needed to add more horses to their herd. With more horses and increased capacity, Hearts and Horses can serve more youth in need of services.
